An API key is like a password that lets your own app or website use CleanMyList. Here is how to make one.
- 1Sign in and go to API keys.
- 2Click to create a new key and give it a name (so you remember what it is for).
- 3Copy the key right away and store it somewhere safe.
Heads up
You only see the full key once, at the moment you create it. If you lose it, you cannot view it again — just make a new one and delete the old one.
Who can make keys
API keys are created and removed by a workspace owner or admin. Keys belong to the whole workspace and share its credits.
Using your key
You send your key with every request in an Authorization header, like this:
Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY
