When you are happy with your results, you can download them as a CSV file to use anywhere.
- 1Open your finished list.
- 2Choose which addresses to include — all of them, or just one label such as "Safe to send".
- 3Click Export.
- 4Your CSV downloads, with each address and its label, reason, and score.
Send results back to your email tool
If you connected an email marketing tool, you can skip the download and send your cleaned addresses straight back to it, or suppress the bad ones so you never email them again. See the Integrations section.
Tip
A common workflow: filter to "Safe to send", export that as your sending list, then filter to "Do not send" and remove those from your original tool.
