If you do not have enough credits for a run, CleanMyList lets you know before charging you, so you never get a surprise bill or a half-finished job you did not expect.
What happens
- If you try to start a run without enough credits, we tell you and ask you to top up first.
- If a long-running job uses up your balance partway through, it stops cleanly and keeps every result it already found.
How to fix it
Go to Billing and buy a bundle. Your credits are added right away, and you can start (or restart) your run.
Note
Only a workspace owner or admin can buy credits. If that is not you, let your workspace owner know you need a top-up.
