If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it without signing in.
- 1On the sign-in page, choose the "forgot password" option.
- 2Enter your account email and submit.
- 3Check your inbox for a reset link and open it.
- 4Choose a new password, then sign in with it.
Note
For your safety, the reset link works only for a short time. If it has expired, just request a new one.
Tip
No email arrived? Check your spam folder, and make sure you used the same email you signed up with.
