A check failed or stopped early

The usual cause is running out of credits — and your results are always safe.

If a check stopped before finishing, do not worry — you keep every result found so far. Here is what to check.

Out of credits

The most common reason a long check stops early is running out of credits. Top up on the Billing page, then start the check again to finish the rest.

It was cancelled

If someone pressed Cancel, the check stops on purpose. You can start a new run on the same list any time.

Something went wrong

Very occasionally a check hits an error. Try running it again. If it keeps happening, contact us with the list name and we will look into it.

Note

Whatever the reason, results already found are saved. Re-running picks up the addresses that were not finished.
