MailPoet runs inside WordPress, so it does not provide the remote API key used by hosted email platforms. CleanMyList for MailPoet adds only the small authenticated connection needed for list cleaning.
Download CleanMyList for MailPoetVersion 1.0.0 · WordPress plugin ZIP- 1In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin and upload the ZIP.
- 2Activate CleanMyList for MailPoet.
- 3Go to Settings → CleanMyList and generate an access token.
- 4Copy the token immediately. WordPress stores only its hash and will not show it again.
- 5In CleanMyList, open Integrations → MailPoet. Enter the public HTTPS URL of the WordPress site and paste the token.
Note
Replacing the token disconnects the old one immediately. Your WordPress administrator password is never shared with CleanMyList.
Heads up
Pushing clean contacts respects MailPoet's confirmation settings. An unconfirmed contact or someone who previously unsubscribed or bounced is never silently subscribed.
