When a check is done, you can send the results back to your email tool instead of downloading a file.
- 1Open your finished list.
- 2Choose the option to push results to your connected tool.
- 3Choose what goes: your deliverable addresses always, plus whichever kinds of risky address you tick — catch-all domains and role addresses are ticked for you; spam-trap domains, dead domains, and the ones the server would not confirm are not.
- 4Choose the provider list to add them to, and confirm.
We add or update those contacts in the provider list you chose. This is a tidy way to build a clean list ready to mail.
Note
On SendFox, CleanMyList checks the exact contact first and never reactivates someone who unsubscribed across the account.
Note
On Brevo, CleanMyList never reactivates a contact who is blocked across the account or unsubscribed from the selected Brevo list.
Note
On Klaviyo, adding a profile to a list does not grant marketing consent. Klaviyo keeps the profile's existing consent and suppression state.
Note
On ActiveCampaign, CleanMyList never reactivates an existing unconfirmed, unsubscribed, or bounced membership in the selected list.
Note
On MailerLite, CleanMyList adds contacts to the selected group without requesting resubscription. Existing non-active subscribers stay non-active.
Note
GetResponse processes new contacts in the background. CleanMyList counts a push as complete only after the contact appears in the selected list.
Note
On Moosend, CleanMyList never reactivates an unsubscribed, bounced, or removed member in the selected list.
Note
On beehiiv, CleanMyList preserves the publication's double opt-in setting and never reactivates an inactive or paused subscription.
Note
On NuReply, CleanMyList checks Do Not Contact before adding each clean lead and never bypasses an existing block.
Tip
A common flow: push your deliverable addresses plus catch-all domains into a fresh list, and mail only that one for your next campaign.
Note
Risky is about certainty, not quality. A catch-all domain accepts mail to every address so nobody can confirm one mailbox, and a role address like info@ is real but shared. Those are usually fine to send. Spam-trap signals and addresses the server never answered for are the two to leave behind.
