What suppressing does
Suppressed contacts stay in your email tool for your records, but your tool will not send to them. This protects your sending reputation without you having to delete anyone by hand.
- 1Open your finished list.
- 2Choose the option to sync results back to your connected tool.
- 3We send the do-not-send addresses back and mark them as suppressed there.
Heads up
Suppressing is about stopping future sends to bad addresses. It is the safe choice — your contacts are not deleted, just held back from sending.
